❖ Ordering commission ❖
- Commission slots will be opened through an exclusive channel on my Discord server for Supporters. Each month there’ll be a limited slots open to claim
- It’ll be first come first serve, but if you don’t pay after 24 hours after deciding the price, I’ll replace with someone else. You can still message me if you want to hold, I'll gladly wait
- On hold slot will be hold for 3 days and you have 7 days to pay for the commission since placed
- Feel free to discuss the idea with me during the ordering progress!
- You must send the payment before I start my work (or after I send the first sketch)
- Please send your payment in USD
- All invoces will be created through Ko-fi listings
- Discounts will be available for tier 5 and 6 and will be applied when I create the invoice. If it's a YCH, you'll receive a discount code for Ko-fi when the YCH is announced
- Unshaded Digital reference preferred (No Suggestive/NSFW reference)
- Complex characters/adding complex details (like wings, mechanical things...) also cost extra charges. If you're wondering whether your idea contained adding details, just ask me

❖ Commission Progress ❖
- Sketches will be sent after you pay to check if there’re any errors or any modification needed (you can ask for rough colors as well). The first 5 modification will have no charges, but after that there’re be an extra fee. If change is too majorly affected the drawing, you must pay bonus fee
- I won’t make any modification after the sketch is confirmed (if there are anything unclear in the sketch, please specify before the rendering progress)
- Commission without background will be pioritize before pieces includes background & pieces that includes animations
Priorities order:
No background > no background animation > background > animation scene
- Commissions will take around 3-6 months to be completed depends on how busy I am with other projects. If there are any circumstances that I can’t finish your commission, I’ll notify you and we can discuss a refund- You will receive a high-quality unwatermarked version of the work when it’s complete (ussually through Discord). Sometimes it'll include a non-obstructive watermark, you can ask for it to be removed!
❖ Commission Usages ❖
- I reserved all rights to my work
- You may post your finished commission anywhere, as long as there are credits (all my socials can be found here)
- If you wish to post your commission publicly, feel free to ask me for a watermarked version of the drawing!
- You can ask for alternative file type (PNG to JPG, GIF to APNG, ect...) for free of charge
- You're not allowed to make modifications (trace, recolor, adding new elements...) to my work without my permission, if I grant you permission to do so, please credit me when posting it and specify that you were the one added the modifications!
- You're not allowed to mass reproduce or redistribute my artwork (that includes re-selling, mass-producing, NFTs, ...)
- My works are strictly forbidden from any usages of AI training
- If you’re intended to use my work to make merch, we can discuss before hand about commercial licensing
❖ Refunds ❖
- You can request a full refund before I started the commission. But if the commission is already started and you have received updates, there won’t be any refunds
- If for any circumstances that I didn’t finish the commission within the month, I'll issue you a refund and the amount will be based on the completing percentage of the commission
- You may ask for the unfinished drawing after the refund (the drawing will be watermarked)
- I reserved rights to refund the commission for any circumstaces that makes me uncomfortable. Ex: If the client is rude and unreasonable which cause discomfort for both sides
❖ Extra notes when commissioning ❖
- I am not obliged to do any background check of references provided by the commissioners
- Make sure that you have permission with all of the characters/materials you provide me
- Written references are subject to my interpretation, large or frequent alterations may incur extra fees
- All fixed price are not negotiable, all the price are adjusted accorrdingly based on the amount of work I put into it!
- Please don't rush me or ask me for updates too frequent. Note that I also might be working on animation as well so I have to balance time between works. If it's been a long time and I haven't given you any upates, feel free to reach out!
- Please don’t start a casual talk with me during the commission progress. This is a work-related transaction and I’m not obliged to respond to any of those (I’m really shy with talking to strangers!)
- I might decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable with the material you provided
